To be proud of your self!

Two last days and actually last weeks were very tough. Work, responsibilities, difficult relationships, heavy aggressive people and lots of negativity around. As always it all came at the same moment without any capable support from friends and family (to be honest I try to avoid overcomplicate my friends' life since their life sometimes not easier than mine). My head was so stiff, that I couldn't even relax and thing of something else apart from problems. So I have decided to observe some positivity in google.
The last but not the least bit of the article I found:
5. Appreciate the little things.
“Nobody can be uncheered with a balloon.”
Daily happiness is to a large part about appreciating the small things.
If you just allow yourself to be happy when accomplishing a big goal or when you have some great luck then you are making life harder than it needs to be.
Instead, focus on appreciating things that you may take for granted.
Take 2 minutes and find things in your life you can appreciate right now. If you want some ideas, here are a few of the simple things that I like to appreciate:
  • My food.
  • The weather.
  • My health.
  • Friends and family.
  • This website and the opportunity to write about what I want.
  • You, the reader.
  • Myself and the fine things about me.
The funny thing is that if you just start appreciating something you can very quickly start jumping around with your attention and appreciate just about anything around you.
You may start with the food you are eating right now. Then move your attention to the phone and appreciate that you can contact anyone – and be contacted by anyone – you’d like.
You might then move your attention outside, through the window and see the wonderful sunshine, then kids having fun with a football and then the tree by the road turning into wonderful autumn colors. And so on.
It might not sound like much. But this simple 2 minute exercise can help you to uncover a lot of the happiness that is already in your daily life.

And here we come...
My food - yes happy.
Weather - well not really but what can we do.
Friends and family - yes, nice time to time, mostly great but not always next to you as we all travel so much.
Myself and the fine things about me.... - amm hmm. I wouldn't say that I have problems with self esteem. But I can't say that I can be proud of myself for being helpful or supportive when its needed. I can not be 100% proud of me being honest, respectful enough and well-wishing. Usually I have (maybe you too) those moments wham I get happy and positive, give away so much love and that I get annoyed with doing too much and stop it all, expecting the same love back which not always come back. What I experienced that others are just not doing anything and not expecting anything good back... It could be an illusion but there are not many kind and welcoming people out there on the streets...
Therefore I have taken a solution and accepted a daily challenge: to do at least one good thing to someone... it can be a stranger or a best friend. Don't consider it to be vainly but I just want to start being proud of myself for not think solely of my own benefit but spread positivity everyday! It may sound very silly and desperate but there must be the way out of egoism and self-concentration. So many societies live hating each other for being hated by each other. Here is my remedy, come join me for a positive mind thinking challenge! :)
